Press - VOGUE: 6 CELEBRITY COLORISTS ON HOW TO MAKE YOUR BLONDE LAST ALL SUMMER

Lena Ott
To keep your blonde looking healthy and bright during the summer, I recommend clients replace their regular shampoo with a cleansing cream. They tend to be more hydrating and won't strip your color. Tinted hair masks are also a great option between appointments to keep color looking fresh. We love tinted conditioners like Christophe Robin’s Cleansing Mask with Lemon and Baby Blonde. For clients spending time by the ocean over the summer, I recommend adding conditioner to their ends before jumping in. If chlorine is in play, wet your hair down with tap water beforehand. If you can, allow your hair to air-dry instead of breaking out the blow-dryer in warmer months.

About

Suite Caroline was created as a space where craft and connection could coexist, and where possibility has no ceiling. After years inside New York’s most established salons, founder Lena Ott wanted to build an environment that gives artists the freedom to reach their full potential while upholding the highest standards of craft.

Named in honor of her mother, Caroline, the space carries her warmth and ease. Knowledge is shared freely, and every client is treated as a collaborator.

Each color, cut, and conversation is approached with the same intention: to make something beautiful, lasting, and true. Suite Caroline is a place for people who value quality, care, and a relationship built on trust, where the experience feels personal, thoughtful, and quietly confident.
