We kindly ask that all appointments be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% fee.
Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged in full.

For transformation services requiring 3+ hours, a 50% deposit is required at booking. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
