Shipping policy
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Only
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Shipping Carriers:
We typically use USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and shipping method selected.
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Damaged or Lost Packages:
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days at SC@suitecaroline.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We'll do our best to resolve it.
Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the nature of haircare products, we cannot accept returns once an item has been opened. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days. Please see our [Returns Policy] for more information.
