In an effort to provide the safest environment possible for our clients, Suite Caroline has implemented the following health and safety regulations.

Virtual Consultations
Allotting extra time per service
Maintaining physical distance between clients in salon chairs
To minimize contact in the waiting area, a text message will be sent to you via our salon software, Boulevard, when your appointment is ready
Non-touch temperature test for each guest and staff upon arrival
Suite Caroline is Barbicide certified
Disposable biodegradable capes
UV-C handheld sterilization lamp for high-touch items
In-house books and magazines will be temporarily off limits
We encourage you to bring a personal travel water bottle
Our Cancellation Policy is relaxed until further notice
For non-Covid-related cancellations, we kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment no less than 24 hours prior to your visit to avoid a 50% charge. Appointments that are missed without cancellation will result in a 100% charge to the card with which the appointment was booked
